Free Cycle is amazing! One of my goals this year was to build a clothes closet. I searched every where for donations, and then my neighbor told me about Free Cycle. One month later, I have more clothes than I know what to do with. I was also able to assist a family in need with furniture. I have new play therapy toys for my office, arts and craft supplies for groups, and games for guidance and counseling. The best part is: IT WAS ALL FREE!
Go to their site. Find a group near you. Register, and then set your groups on email. Each day I get tons of email of all the free things waiting for me. I respond to the items I want, and pick them up on their porch later. It's that simple.
This is an Excel spreadsheet that allows you to document your time according to the ASCA National Model's delivery system. It is easy, quick, and will graph your time automatically!

Please look at this site, and add a link to your web site as well. They are fighting to keep it going, and it could make all the difference to parents and students!
